How can I be sure this item is genuine US Military?

We buy all of our items directly from the US Government.

Why is there different condition codes?
When buying from the US Government, there are many different conditions of items - some are well used, some are barely used and some are brand new and unissued. We want you to be aware of exactly what you can expect from the item you purchased. For more information on the different conditions please see our Condition Chart

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, for military addresses just select the standard shipping option.

What is your return policy?

Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. If there is ever a problem with an item you have received, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right. If you want to return an item you have ordered, please keep the following in mind:

• All returns must be made within 15 days of the shipment received. You must contact us within 15 days after you receive your order.
• All returns must be in their original, unused condition. If the item has been used, altered or laundered in any way it will not be accepted for a return or exchange.
• All returns will require an Return Authorization Number. Contact us through email or phone via Contact Us to receive return instructions and a R.A.N.
• Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs & for packing and insuring the item.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• In the event that you are returning an item because of a mistake on the part of RELSURPLUS, all shipping charges will be refunded.
• Items with defects in the material or workmanship will be refunded or replaced at our discretion.
